My name is Arash, an Iranian-American Life Coach, with a background in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive Science, living in Germany.

My coaching is grounded in brain and psychological science, to help clients be calm, clear, and skillful in some of the most challenging moments of their life. This includes examples such as:

Attention Training – Improving the quality and duration of concentration on tasks that move client towards their goal.

Stress Resilience – Recovering faster from difficult and stressful emotions, circumstances, setbacks.

Executive Functioning Training – Identifying and strengthening the state of mind in which clients have fuller access to their best judgement, to respond more wisely, to let go when necessary, and to try new strategies when helpful.

Purpose In Life – Learning to use experience as a pointer to clients true self and path to strive towards.

Self Direction/Impulse Control – Learning to replace habits that are constraining clients from their full potential, such as procrastination and over-eating.
